You can download the Student or Teacher Internet Editions here. Simply run the installer and follow the prompts. Don't forget that the first time you run QAX you will need to register it using the registration code supplied to you by your school. Then you will need to enter your log-on and password details (which is the same as you use at school).

This usually means that your firewall is blocking QAX.You need to make sure that your firewall allows QAX to access the Internet. If your firewall is allowing QAX to access the Internet and QAX still won’t run, the problem may be with your router (usually happens with a broadband connection). You may have to set your router’s firewall to allow QAX to access the Internet as well.
